Advertising notice: This page is for recruiting, training, and independent-contractor opportunity discussion with Peace of Mind Insurance Agency, LLC. It is not an offer of W2 employment, a promise of income, a guarantee of carrier appointment, or a guarantee of lead access. You cannot sell insurance until properly licensed, appointed, trained, and approved where required.

The offer

Learn the sales system before you take live calls.

Independent final expense agents often buy their own leads, fight bad data, handle every follow-up alone, and learn through expensive failure. The free training and opportunity call explain how our free-leads program works, who may qualify, and what is still required before anyone sells.

To get started Free

The training and opportunity call are free. Program participation is not guaranteed.

Program model $0

Accepted free-leads agents do not buy leads from the agency while in that lane.

Contract terms Reviewed

Commission terms are reviewed during onboarding and depend on product, carrier, contract path, and approval.

How you work Remote 1099

Work from home, nationwide. Bring a license, a headset, and stable internet.

The real advantage

The only lead that matters is the one ready to talk right now.

Our AI fronts the call and screens for real people who actually want to discuss final expense coverage. You skip voicemail, dead air, and wrong numbers — and step straight into the conversation.

Training focus Filtered calls

The system is designed to reduce bad-call friction so training can focus on actual final expense conversations instead of lead-list noise.

Bad calls can still slip through, volume varies, and results are not guaranteed. Licensing, appointment, training, and compliance approval still come first.

The lesstime.ai platform

Tim Hildebrand is the lead engineer behind lesstime.ai. The dialer, CRM, scripts, objection handling, and texting workflows are all built around the daily reality of final expense phone sales.

01

Scripts load automatically

The moment a call connects, the right script for that lead type is already on your screen.

02

One-click objection handling

Handle fixed income, price, or “need to think” — then snap back to your exact spot.

03

AI sales language

Frontier AI helps you find the words, so you never run out of ways to say what needs saying.

04

CRM & texting, systemized

Follow-up, texting logic, and opt-out handling run in the background — not in your head.

Product demo

Built fast, for agents. Most platforms ship one feature request every six months. Tim ships agent-requested improvements every week.

Sales training

Training is direct, practical, and call-review driven.

Tim trains agents on life insurance phone sales, scripts, quoting workflow, carrier process, call review, and compliance expectations. The goal is skill development for licensed independent contractors; individual results still depend on licensing, approval, consistency, customer fit, and market conditions.

Your path forward

Training can lead to a separate independent path.

Accepted agents may begin in a free-leads lane, then later discuss a separate independent path if performance, compliance, carrier approval, and agency needs align. We coach safe lead buying and TCPA discipline before anyone carries that expense themselves.

Entry Start

Accepted free-leads agents train while the agency carries the lead cost.

Proven Proven

Build consistency through sales quality, retention, and customer service.

Separate Independent

Separate non-free-leads path reviewed only when the fit and approvals are there.

Open door, fair chance

Built for the coachable — and honest about the rest.

We take all walks of life, new or seasoned. It is not about your résumé — it is whether you will show up, take correction, and treat customers right.

You’ll thrive here if you…

  • Take correction and apply it fast
  • Show up consistently — full-time or part-time
  • Can speak warmly with senior customers
  • Will memorize the script and review your calls
  • Have a quiet, professional remote setup

This probably isn’t your move if you…

  • Expect guaranteed results with no standards
  • Can’t take direct, honest coaching
  • Don’t enjoy focused computer work
  • Aren’t ready to get properly licensed
  • Bring toxicity instead of professionalism

This is real sales. We do not guarantee income, lead volume, or results — but for the right person, it is a genuine, long-term career.

Agent FAQ

The questions serious recruits ask first.

The short version: a remote 1099 final expense sales opportunity with free training, a free-leads lane for accepted agents, screened live-call workflow, and serious compliance expectations.

How are commission terms handled?

Commission terms are reviewed during onboarding and depend on product, carrier, contract path, appointment status, and the program lane an accepted agent is approved for. No commission, payout timing, or income result is guaranteed.

Are the leads actually free?

If you are accepted into the free-leads lane, you do not buy leads from the agency while participating in that lane. You still bring your own licensing, testing, E&O, computer, headset, and internet, and lead access is not guaranteed.

What kind of leads are they?

We use a proprietary blend of sources and track performance closely. The source matters less than the outcome: our system screens for real final expense conversations, so you spend your time talking to people who want to discuss coverage — not fighting bad data.

What does the AI screen out?

The system is built to filter voicemail, dead air, abusive callers, wrong numbers, and people who are not interested before an agent ever hears the call. The lane is designed around filtered, interested conversations.

How many calls will I get?

Call volume fluctuates, so we will not quote a fake average or guarantee volume. The opportunity call is where we explain current lead flow, state needs, training expectations, and what has to happen before an agent can take calls.

Is this W2 employment or 1099?

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. You handle your own licensing, business expenses, and tax planning, with a professional remote setup.

Do I need to be licensed?

You cannot sell until you are properly licensed, appointed, and approved. Life and health licensing is the path we need for activation. If you are still working through licensing, you can start the conversation now and get guidance on the path.

What states do I need life and health licensing in to work with you?

We currently need agents licensed in Texas, Georgia, Illinois, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Nevada, Indiana, Colorado, Connecticut, Michigan, and Ohio. If you are still adding states, tell us where you are licensed now and we can talk through the remaining path.

Do I need all the states to join?

No. You can start the conversation and training before every state is approved. You generally need the target states before taking calls in our system, or call access may be limited. If you are missing a state or two, ask during onboarding and we will review the current need.

What carriers do I need?

Carrier approvals often take 1–3 weeks, and we help accepted agents with that process. You apply for carriers through our systems while training: American Amicable, Mutual of Omaha, CICA, Transamerica, Corebridge, and Royal Neighbors. If you are locked out of one or two carriers, tell us during onboarding so we can review fit and current carrier needs.

Can part-time agents participate?

Yes. Part-time agents are welcome — consistency is what matters. Work the hours you can genuinely commit, treat them seriously, and the system works fine around your schedule.

Is this remote?

Yes — remote, nationwide, work-from-home phone sales. You provide your own computer, headset, and stable hardwired internet, and should be comfortable working at a computer for long blocks.

How do commission timing and chargebacks work?

Commission timing depends on carrier, product, appointment status, state rules, contract level, and production details. Chargebacks are a real part of this industry — if a policy charges back, your proportional share follows the carrier’s rules. No payout, commission, or income result is guaranteed.

Can I move beyond free leads?

Some agents may later train toward a separate non-free-leads independent path using the same platform. That path depends on performance, compliance, carrier approval, business fit, and current agency needs. We coach through budgeting, safe lead buying, and TCPA discipline first.

Can I sell with other uplines or companies?

Accepted agents in our free-leads lane sell under Peace of Mind-approved contracts and carrier workflow. If you have active contracts elsewhere, disclose that during onboarding so we can review whether a transition is possible before any call access is approved.

Do you release contracts when I quit?

If you do not owe us money, yes. If an upline signs an agreement saying they will release you if you quit from them, we will release your contracts to that upline. If you need us to sign a similar statement or agreement, we will sign it. We also review recent production to determine whether there may be risky business or fraud concerns.

What does onboarding look like?

Week one is usually carrier approval, training meetings, script memorization, dummy quotes and applications, and listening to recorded sales calls — so you are fluent before live pressure.
