Are the leads actually free?
Inside the free leads program, yes. You do not buy the leads, pay a software seat fee, or pay a joining fee. You still pay for your own licensing, testing, E&O, computer, headset, and internet.
What kind of leads are they?
We use a mix of sources and track performance closely. The source matters less than the outcome: our system screens for real final expense conversations so agents spend more time talking to people willing to discuss coverage and less time fighting bad data.
What does the AI screen out?
The system is designed to screen out voicemail, dead air, abusive callers, wrong numbers, people who are not interested, and other noise before an agent hears the call. Bad calls can still slip through, but the lane is built around filtered conversations.
How many calls will I get?
Call volume fluctuates, so we do not quote fake averages. New agents should expect at-bats, not guaranteed volume. Top producers and highly coachable agents who perform well can become very busy.
Is this W2 employment or 1099?
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not W2 employment. You are responsible for your own licensing, business expenses, tax planning, and professional setup.
Do I need to be licensed?
You cannot sell until you are properly licensed, appointed, and approved. Life and health licensing is preferred. People still working through licensing can start the conversation and get guidance on the path.
Can part-time agents participate?
Yes. Part-time agents can participate, but consistency matters. Do not compare your activity to full-time agents; work the hours you can actually commit and treat those hours seriously.
Is this remote?
Yes. This is remote, nationwide, work-from-home final expense phone sales. You need your own computer, headset, and stable hardwired internet. You should be comfortable working in front of a computer for long blocks of time.
How do weekly payouts and chargebacks work?
Most carriers advance commissions up front, and Peace of Mind pays weekly. Chargebacks are real. If a policy chargebacks, your proportional share is charged back according to the carrier's rules. Do not do commission math as if chargebacks do not exist.

Coachable means you can receive correction, expose weak spots, ask questions, and apply feedback quickly. Tim's training is direct because the work is direct: the script, metrics, call sections, and recorded calls show exactly where improvement is needed.
What gets someone removed?
Fraud, misrepresentation, customer abuse, toxic behavior, recruiting inside the group, protected-group hostility, racism, harassment, or divisive conduct can remove someone from the program. The environment is for serious professional work.
Do you guarantee income?
No. We do not guarantee income, long-term placement, lead volume, carrier approval, or results. Most people do not make it in sales. For the right person, the opportunity can be rewarding, but it is still sales and it still requires discipline.
